Description

This job aid provides information for FHIP and FHAP practitioners to determine if all the elements are present to accept and investigate a complaint of an eviction in violation of the Fair Housing Act. The aid includes the prima facie case element and a discussion of collecting and documenting evidence. The information on this job aid will assist investigators on making a determination of discrimination.
