This spreadsheet is a framework for communities to define and quantify their need for housing supports and services in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to plan to fulfill these needs with existing and newly available funding sources. The updated Rehousing and Coordinated Investment Planning Tool - Capital (RCIPT-C) has a new feature that allows users to include capital investments in their planning efforts. All the functionality of the original tool still works as described in the video. Those interested in including capital resources in their planning should refer to the instructions tab in the workbook.
