Date Published: October 2010

This component of the NSP Demolition Toolkit provides assistance on the environmental review process for property to be demolished. This sample site-specific checklist helps grantees ensure that they have considered each of the environmental areas that must be addressed in the environmental review and clearance process. Completion of this site-specific clearance constitutes Phase II of the NSP Environmental Assessment.

A related document, the NEPA Environmental Review Checklist, provides a compilation of NEPA requirements, environmental review instructions, and documents needed for the environmental review process.
