This component of the NSP Toolkits is intended to help grantees and their partners track crucial information concerning properties to be acquired for project management and compliance purposes. These worksheets can be transmitted to the NSP grantee for review and approval of property acquisitions as well as for preliminary rehab scopes of work and cost estimates. The worksheets will help the NSP grantee track the progress of NSP projects and report required information about funding obligations to HUD through the DRGR system. A separate NSP Property Development Activity Log is a companion to this document and is available through the NSP Resource Exchange.
