Description

This document is intended to help communities quickly identify strategies to prevent evictions and keep people connected to stable housing whenever possible. This includes connecting households at risk of housing instability with problem-solving tools and other mainstream anti-poverty programs, developing targeted financial assistance, and creating community partnerships.
