This component of the NSP Single-Family Rental Toolkit and NSP Homeownership Toolkit provides guidance related to forecasting the costs of developing a pipeline of single-family homes as well as the amounts and kinds of financial resources that are needed. As a modeling tool at the program planning stage, this workbook can assist with developing various "what-if" scenarios based on different assumptions regarding costs, amounts of NSP funding used, and other funding available. The tool can also be used for projecting costs of specific single-family pipeline projects that include homes intended for sale or rental.
