NSP Sample RFP for Maintenance Contractors

Date Published: September 2010

This component of the NSP Land Banking Toolkit is intended for grantees and their partners soliciting qualifications from maintenance contractors. This adaptable Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines requirements, contractual obligations, thresholds, expectations, scope of work and the selection process. While it has been developed as a Request for Proposals, it can easily be modified into a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in the event that the locality/issuer intends to bid all work by parcel and project.
