NSP Sample Rental Housing Property Management Agreement

This component of the NSP Single-Family Rental Toolkit, Multifamily Rental Toolkit and NSP Lease-Purchase Toolkit is intended to be used by a property owner contracting with a management company to operate a rent- and income-restricted rental housing property as an agent of the property owner. This sample agreement provides a framework to be adapted to meet the particular requirements of a specific rental property and to comply with state and local laws.
