This document provides guidance to Continuum of Cares (CoCs) considering non-congregate approaches to sheltering people who are homeless that are symptomatic or in high risk categories, such as seniors or people with chronic illness, when designing local approaches. Coordination with public health partners is essential in design, resource investment and staffing considerations.
