NSP Sample Land Bank Funding Matrix

This component of the NSP Land Banking Toolkit is intended for grantees and their partners planning a funding structure for their land bank. It provides information on the different types of funding and collaboration opportunities available to assist in operating land bank programs. This document should be used as a guide for creating a customized resource matrix that meets the needs of the individual municipality and land bank. It addresses the major land bank functions and represents one approach for collaboration. Each community has its own capacity, which lies within different structures.
