The component of the NSP Toolkits is intended for use by NSP subrecipients and developers to track crucial NSP project data for their own project/financial management purposes and to transmit to the NSP grantee. This enables the NSP grantee to monitor projects, compile data from multiple projects by cut-and-paste, analyze data with spreadsheet tools, produce activity reports for the entire NSP program and report required data to HUD. The form is most suitable for single-family properties but could be adapted for multifamily properties. A separate NSP Site and Rehabilitation Approval Form is a companion to this document. Certain property data can be carried over from that form to this log.
