These documents provide calculations related to each CoC’s estimated Annual Renewal Demand (ARD).
The Estimated ARD Report provides the Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN), Estimated ARD, Tier 1, CoC Bonus, DV Bonus, and CoC Planning amounts for each CoC listed.
The Estimated ARD Report for UFAs is for Collaborative Applicants with UFA designation; it provides the UFA costs amount for each UFA.
