HUD understands that moving from submitting Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) data in the Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX) to submitting the Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA) data in the Homelessness Data Exchange, Version 2.0 (HDX 2.0) is a big change. The goal of this document is to make the new process as clear as possible for Continuums of Care (CoCs) so they can be adequately prepared for the 2018 data submission cycle. The document includes key milestones throughout the process, support available for CoCs as they work on uploading and cleaning their data, and the anticipated timeline for the 2018 LSA submission process.
