Description

The FY 2017 Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) Rural Area Worksheet can be used by communities to determine if the Target Community Area defined in their YHDP application is considered rural by the definition included in the FY 2017 YHDP Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
