Local Food Business Plan for Central Ohio

Description

This food assessment and plan provides information on all components of a regional food system in 12 central Ohio counties, to make policy recommendations to local governments on food decisions. This assessment is a tool that enables working groups of local practitioners to collect and analyze food and agricultural data to identify resources and connect dots to strengthen the region's economy, coordinate local food efforts, and encourage pro-agriculture policy.
