This report provides an overview of the County's unique multi-modal methodologies, health equity and social determinant links between health behaviors, physical and mental health care access, social support, social capital, immigration, and other cultural stressors in the Latino community. It also provides a discussion of the jurisdiction's strategy and commitment to community engagement and investment.
