Local Food Implementation Plan for Southwestern Wisconsin - Delicious Driftless Fare Festival

Date Published: March 2014

This document summarizes the work required in the months preceding the Delicious Driftless Fare (DDF) event, and which were viewed as necessary for successful replication of the event in future years. The DDF was a one-day event that showcased the region's produce and specialty crop producers and local artistic talent and was part of an overall effort by Grow Southwest to identify and capitalize on local resources, to better produce local energy and food, minimize commutes, and maximize local employment in Grant, Green, Lafayette, Iowa, and Richland counties.
