This Fair Housing and Equity Assessment (FHEA) provides new insight into the benefits and challenges experienced by marginalized groups throughout Southwestern Wisconsin. The findings focus on the rapidly growing Hispanic population, housing quality and access, elderly populations, and impoverished populations.
