Unified Development Code for Dona Ana County, NM

Description

This document is the Unified Development Code (UDC) of Doña Ana County, NM. The UDC consolidates all development-related regulations including zoning requirements, subdivision requirements, design and development standards, and review procedures into one document. The code was adopted by the county in December 2016 after over 65 planning meetings and took effect in February 2017.
