Walkable Urban Code for Phoenix, AZ

This Walkable Urban Code describes the implementation of the vision and policies of Phoenix's TOD station area plans. The plan directs land-use development, subdivision standards, lot requirements, set backs and building codes. The plan also utilizes Transect principles.
