Washington Realized: A Sustainable Community Strategy

This plan provides two complementary strategies aimed at revitalization of the Washington area of West Sacramento CA: a transit-oriented development strategy and a complete communities strategy. This document provides a blueprint and funding strategy to shift development patterns towards compact, transit-served, mixed- use growth that is inclusive of current residents.
