This toolkit provides technical assistance and resources to help municipalities in the Pioneer Valley, MA region implement their Regional Plan for Sustainable Development by adopting strategies (including model policies, bylaws, and ordinances) to take action on climate change, promote use of clean energy sources, grow smarter, protect their environments, promote food security, and encourage use of green infrastructure.
