Fair Housing and Equity Assessment (FHEA) for Sustainable Knowledge Corridor, CT

This report provides an analysis of fair housing and access to opportunity in the greater Hartford, CT/Western MA region. The fair housing and equity assessment analyzes how well regional plans link fair housing considerations with issues of transportation, employment, education, land use planning, and environmental justice and makes recommendations about locations for affordable housing in areas that offer access to opportunity regardless of race, family status, disability, source of income or other personal characteristics protected under federal and state civil rights statutes.
