Jobs, Workforce, and Education Alignment Strategy for the Greater Charlotte Region

This report supplements the region's Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) and provides a blueprint for aligning workforce development and education strategies to the types of jobs the region targets in their CEDS. The report provides an asset inventory for existing workforce development initiatives and jobs, identify gaps, and make recommendations for new priorities or changes to current priorities to better align with the current and future employment opportunities.
