This Regional Plan for Sustainable Development communicates a collective vision for the future in terms of transportation, housing, education and workforce development, human services, and health care access for Southern Nevada. It also provides an overview of key issues facing the region, a preferred, more compact land use scenario and policy strategies to implement this vision.
