Comprehensive Plan (Forward Together) for Blueprint Binghamton

This Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Binghamton, NY was developed with significant public input and adopted in August 2014. The plan presents existing conditions as well as a vision and recommendations for increasing economic opportunities, entrepreneurship, housing choices, downtown development, pedestrian connections, environmental benefits and long-term resiliency and sustainability in the City. Binghamton used a variety of creative means to engage its residents in this process, including area youth.
