Regional Plan for Sustainable Development (RPSD) for Vision West ND

This RPSD is the culminating report from a multi-year, multi-stakeholder regional planning process bringing together the issues and priorities of citizens, local officials and community representatives from a 19 county area in Western North Dakota facing the stresses of accelerated oil extraction.
