The Parramore Neighborhood plan lays out a vision for protecting the integrity and heritage of one of Orlando's oldest African American neighborhoods as the neighborhood is connected to the new SunRail commuter rail, Downtown Orlando and area neighborhoods. With extensive engagement of residents, business owners, and community leaders, this plan recommends actions for encouraging economic growth, redevelopment, and improvements in education, safety, housing and quality of life in this historic community.
