This component of the NSP Toolkits serves as an overview document for the Land Banking Toolkit. It provides information on the types of decisions that land bank managers must make regarding property acquisition and reuse. Special emphasis is placed on how these decisions should be taken in light of market conditions. This document contains a detailed appendix with titles, descriptions and Web locations for each of the tools in the Land Banking Toolkit.
