The Road Map to Preservation is a collection of checklists and forms to help owners work toward preserving their affordable housing property. The Key Documents Checklist will help the owner know which property documents to gather. The Preservation Property Summary Form is used to record all of the relevant information about the history of the financing, the current conditions, and financial health of the property. The Checklist of Potential Preservation Goals is used to suggest and record the owner's preservation goals. The Checklist of Potential Next Steps Toward Preservation helps owners decide and document the next steps required to move ahead in a preservation transaction.
