This component of the NSP Homeownership Toolkit is intended for grantees and their partners to use in assessing the effectiveness of their NSP single-family homeownership development programs. Grantees may use this tool to review their original homebuyer program goals and to measure their progress. The guide focuses on ways to cultivate homebuyers and market NSP properties. It contains dashboard data tables to help grantees compile information and review their progress toward meeting NSP goals.
