Process mapping is a way of reviewing existing processes and improving them for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Efficient and effective processes contribute to maximizing investments by ensuring that grantees are administering programs cost-effectively and have good staff morale and good working relationships with partners, leading to efficient project delivery and successful projects.
