This strategic plan provides an overview of NEST, a collaborative of Houston/Harris County community stakeholders charged with preventing and ending homelessness for adolescents and young adults who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender or who are questioning their sexual or gender identity (LGBTQ). This plan describes NEST's vision and goals and the key activities needed to achieve desired outcomes of preventing and ending homelessness for adolescents and young adults that identify as LGBTQ by 2020.
