In 2015, HUD has created a separate document for the 2015 Housing Inventory Count (HIC) data submission process and the 2015 Point-in-Time (PIT) count data submission. The 2015 HIC Data Submission Guidance and module were released on March 23, 2015 to allow Continuums of Care (CoCs) to begin submitting data early and the 2015 PIT Count Data Submission Guidance and module were released on April 1, 2015. These documents provide information to CoCs on how to successfully submit their 2015 HIC and PIT count data to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Staff should review these guides and use them as a reference when preparing their data for submission.
