Point-in-Time Count Implementation Tools

Description

This resource page provides Continuums of Care (CoCs) access to several tools to help them effectively implement their Point-in-Time (PIT) counts of people experiencing homelessness. CoCs should refer to HUD's most current Notice for Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and PIT Data Collection for CoC and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Programs to learn the current PIT count requirements. CoCs should also refer to HUD's Point-in-Time Count Methodology Guide for standards and guidance concerning acceptable methodologies and approaches to conducting PIT counts.
