Project Application Appeal Process Navigational Guide for the CoC Program Competition

Date Published: July 2018

Print ShareThis

This navigational guide covers important information about completing the Project Application appeal process in e-snaps for a recipient whose project application was rejected in the local Continuum of Care (CoC) competition during the FY 2018 CoC funding process. This occurs when the eligible project applicant attempted to participate in the CoC's planning process and believes they were denied the right to participate in a reasonable manner. If specific criteria are met, the project applicant may submit a Solo Application.
