This component of the NSP Demolition Toolkit is intended to provide guidance to organizations and localities that intend to use demolition as part of their NSP strategy. These procedures detail a specific framework that can be considered in the administration of individual programs. It deals with initial clearances and approvals required, as well as the actual demolition process.
