Description

This video provides an overview of the differences between Coordinated Assessment and Centralized Intake, or Single Point of Access. Although sometimes used interchangeably, there is no requirement that a community's coordinated assessment system be centralized. The video describes the Coordinated Assessment requirement under the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program interim rule, including various models for satisfying this requirement.

This video is part of the CoC 2.0 Training Materials.
