Description

This Notice extends the deadline for the expiration date of Notice CPD-05-05 for an additional year or pending completion of negotiated rulemaking, should rulemaking occur beyond the expiration date. Notice CPD-05-05 had extended the expiration deadline for the original Notice CPD-04-08.
