This planning guide is intended for homeless and housing service providers seeking information about preparing for an influenza pandemic. It includes an overview of pandemic influenza and why homeless service providers should be concerned; information on preparedness roles and resources; and guidance for homeless and housing service providers before, during, and after a pandemic. Additional resources at the end of the guide include information on how to care for someone with influenza; preventing the spread of influenza; and a glossary of terms.
