2007-2008 Homeless Client Satisfaction Survey

The San Francisco Housing Opportunities Made Equal (HOME) created a Client Satisfaction Survey for clients to share their suggestions for improvement of the program and to rate their overall satisfaction with the program. Responses to this survey help to ensure that the program continues to be responsive and sensitive to the needs of all program participants. This survey might be helpful for agencies looking to have a mechanism for receiving client feedback.
