Description

This spreadsheet is a client intake/budget information form used by the San Francisco Chronicle Season of Sharing Fund, an emergency assistance program. The spreadsheet can be used as a checklist to keep track of a payment plan between the landlord and the client. There is also an intake form, and a monthly budget checklist.
