This document is used by the San Francisco Chronicle Seasons of Sharing Fund. The homeless assistance prevention program uses this document to determine client eligibility for their emergency assistance program. It also provides instructions to client's submitting applications, states the maximum amount of the grant, and outlines documentation needed.
