This lecture explores employer perspectives regarding hiring and retaining employees who are homeless. In particular, employers' views on what to look for in employees and the kinds of supports that encourage both hiring and retaining homeless workers are discussed. The overall goal of this lecture is to help program and employment staff better understand and respond to employer's needs and concerns regarding hiring people who are homeless.
