Title V Suitability Determination Listing

This page provides weekly suitability determination listings of properties reviewed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for consideration to assist persons experiencing homelessness.

For properties listed in the suitability determination listing as suitable and available, there is a 30-day holding period from the date the property is posted on the HUD Exchange to allow homeless service providers the opportunity to contact the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service (HHS) to express interest in a suitable and available properties listed.

Interested parties may also send a letter of interest (PDF) to HHS at rpb@psc.hhs.gov.

For properties listed in the suitability determination listing as unsuitable, there is a 20-day holding period from the date the property is posted on the HUD Exchange to allow homeless service providers the opportunity to contact HUD to submit appeal requests on HUD’s unsuitable determinations.
