This page provides weekly suitability determination listings of properties reviewed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for consideration to assist the homeless.
Starting with the March 10, 2017 suitability determination listing, for properties listed as suitable and available, there is a 30-day holding period from the date it is posted on the HUD Exchange to allow homeless service providers the opportunity to contact the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) of its interest in a suitable and available property listed. HHS is the Federal agency responsible for the conveyance portion of the Title V program.

Interested parties may send a letter of interest (PDF) to HHS at email@example.com.
For properties listed as unsuitable, there is a 20-day holding period from the date posted on the HUD Exchange to allow homeless service providers the opportunity to contact HUD to appeal HUD’s unsuitable determination.
