Internal Coordination and Advocacy—Important Roles for the ROSS Service Coordinator
ROSS Service Coordinators perform many functions. Previous modules have provided guidance and strategies for working effectively with residents as well as tips and strategies for building partnerships with community organizations. This module discusses overall program management and coordination with other PHA staff and leadership, including:
- Recommendations for developing a ROSS Action Plan to guide grant implementation;
- Guidance on staff training; and
