Renew300’s Impact
Through Renew300, HUD has advanced renewable energy deployment in affordable housing by providing training and technical assistance to 12 affordable housing providers, including the three largest public housing authorities in the U.S. The initiative also created critical online tools for affordable housing, including the Solar Site Selection Guide and the Solar Request for Proposal (RFP) Toolkit for procuring solar PV.
