In addition to investigating discrimination under the Federal Fair Housing Act, she has developed investigations of discrimination based on gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, source of income, and age. Using her experience in systemic investigations, Ms. Ferguson co-led an investigation that resulted in a report detailing discrimination at Virginia auto dealerships.
