Multifamily Housing Grant Specialists

Grant Specialists are responsible for the management of the full life cycle of  Multifamily Housing grant programs in accordance with Title 2, Part 200 (of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)), Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. The issuance of 2 CFR Part 200 streamlined government guidance on administrative requirements, cost principles and audit requirements for all Federal awardees. This streamlining and reform is intended to "reduce the administrative burden for non-Federal entities receiving Federal awards while reducing the risk of waste, fraud and abuse."

Grantees are encouraged to regularly connect with their local Grant Specialist. Select a region below to find contact information for a Grant Specialist in your region.
