This module provides guidance for public housing agency (PHA) staff and includes links to handouts, information summaries, and sample recordkeeping documents for administrators, property managers, and tenants, including required forms. Program administrators are encouraged to make sure the right tools are provided to each of these participants and that they keep proper records.

Subpart L covers residential properties under the U.S. Housing Act of 1937, but not including housing assisted under Section 8 of the 1937 Act (Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program).
